| 3. | 08-25-2010 01:26:55 AM | Laurie A. Couture | I stand by 100% a child’s right to use the toilet anytime their body deems it necessary. No other person has the right to take away another person’s right to basic necessities or stand in a person’s way of taking care of their own personal needs. It is a human rights violation to delay or deny a person the right to use the toilet or punish a child for their need to use the toilet. |

| 5. | 08-25-2010 01:48:58 AM | Julia Gillan | Jeffersonville High School- Jeffersoville, Indiana Limits the number of times per year per class that students are allowed to use the restroom. When I was younger I tried not to use the bathroom at school because someone would always be peaking over or under the stall wall. Never, however, was I told I could not use the restroom because I used it too many times this year. I halthy child will use the bathroom fairly often, so limiting bathroom use is inhumane. |

| 11. | 10-01-2010 07:12:03 PM | Trevor Pollard. | I am in school. I had to walk out of class because the teacher says extra bathroom ” privileges ” are for people who do what they’re supposes to do. The funny thing is that the class I’m in is in school suspension and the reason I’m in it is unreasonably minor. |
| 12. | 11-18-2010 03:29:27 AM | Laura Clark | My daughter dances in her seat to scared to ask the tteacher to use the restroom, if she does she looses 6 minutes of a 15 min recess! For a child with adhd recess is crucial. Not only does she loose focus from needing to use the restroom, but she needs to get her energy out to be able to focus the rest of the day. This needs to stop! She looses recess nearly every day! |
| 13. | 01-06-2011 11:44:44 PM | Lance | My child has been complaining about this issue. He came home with a note from school indicating he would be punished for using the restroom without permission. I made a carbon Toilet usage form. I nstructed him to use this form when denied his right to use the rest room. |

| 16. | 12-16-2011 12:51:45 AM | vanessa thompson | i think that anyone should be able to use the restroom if they need to and it is wrong to deny anyone that right because it also can cause health issues |
